It is not a LEGAL RIGHT for you to live in a country where everyone has the same beliefs as you. But it is your and every other citizen’s LEGAL RIGHT to be treated fairly and equally by the laws of this country, regardless of your practices or beliefs. Same sex marriage does not infringe on your RIGHTS. You will still be able to get married and you will still be treated EQUALLY and fairly by the law. It may infringe on your BELIEFS—you may think it’s immoral—but laws are not made for your personal beliefs. In the 1600s it was Protestants who were burned at the stake, enslaved and imprisoned for their practices and beliefs. And this country was a safe-house for them against those who didn’t like their practices and beliefs. I think it’s important to remember that.
